year review

The year review.
Technology:
This time in technology doing wood work I finished early so then I had time to do these random pieces of art using wood and paint and sometimes the burner. The order of things this year has been good because I ended with my two favourite and started with my three least  favourites but everything this year has been fun making and different from what we did last year and things that are a bit out of the ordinary.

The good.
This year it has been very different from last year because last year it was all about learning and getting things done, this year has been fun but also learning, last we were confined to the classroom and this year we have been able to go outside every now and then. I don’t really being told what I can and can’t do and this year I have had  independence to get things done on my own agenda.
We have had a lot more opportunities to try new things because last year heaps of the things were year 8 only stuff, but now that I am a year 8 I can do a lot of things.

The worst.
When you broke your leg it wasn't that amazing because Mrs Herring's teaching style was very different to yours so we didn't always see eye to eye.
The tests are never very fun because it means remembering what you have learnt and still trying remember the things you already knew.
Another bad thing was that a few of the sporting events were cancelled like the softball I really wanted to try it because I couldn't do it last year.

Being in the digital class.
It has been different from being in a normal class because I have learnt to to type really fast and I can touch type most of the time. I have enjoyed using the Chromebooks because I was just use to using internet explorer, and word, but now we I can use both, but Google drive was a lot faster.

In the end I have had a fun year doing the things I like and believe it or not I don’t think I will miss primary but I will miss some of the teachers.
