What were my first results.
I wasn't very happy with some of my results because they were a lot lower than what I was hoping, but then again I did do better than others in a few things so I wasn't completely last, next time I'm going to beat every record I set for myself.
What was the hardest?
For me it was the push ups because that is the main thing I can’t do, I'm good at pull ups so I don’t understand why I can’t do push ups, but another thing I struggled with was the beep test because I have really bad ankles and I'm trying to get use to these authotics that I got recently and I hadn't run in them before the beep test so I'm hoping I will be use to them before the next one.
What was the best?
My favourite was the skipping because its probably the easiest for me and we hadn't done skipping in a while and I prefer skipping without little buddies asking.... Was that good? And can you watch me.
Exercise completed
All of them are completed for this week but I'm hoping we can have a week off because there are a few other sports i play in my free time and by the end of the week I can hardly walk.
